FAQ

Questions about medical equipment parts

* Part tolerance depends on geometry, material, process and drawing requirements. Confirmed during project review. Inspection equipment figures refer to instrument specifications, not a guaranteed part tolerance.

Can QiSheng make an accessory from our drawing?

Yes. The project workflow begins with the customer drawing, followed by engineering review of the drawing and manufacturing process. The scope and requirements are confirmed for each part.

What information is useful for a quote?

Provide the drawing, material requirements, quantity, critical dimensions and requested timing. The engineering review informs the process discussion and quotation.

How is the production schedule agreed?

The lead time is discussed after the drawing and process review and before the quotation is finalized.

Is 0.02 mm a guaranteed tolerance for every part?

No. It is a stated machining capability, subject to the geometry, material, process and drawing requirements for the specific component.
